Our organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that include life sciences corporations and the owners of small/diverse businesses.

Each year, our organization determines how many Board seats are available based upon vacancies and needed skill sets. Potential board members must be a Member in good standing (supplier or corporate representative) to apply.

Our Nominations Committee accepts applications once a year. If you are interested please contact us no later than April 16, 2018. Interviews occur during the East Coast conference. If you are selected to join the Board, you will be notified by September 1st and your term will begin on October 1st.
