Damon McDade

Damon McDadeDamon has been with Baxter Healthcare Corporation since May 2019, where in his current role as Analyst, Global Supplier Diversity & Sustainability, he is responsible for reporting quarterly customer accounts and is a key contributor for the annual U.S. Small Business Administration Subcontracting report.

Additionally, Damon is an active contributor to his function’s supplier diversity and sustainability program. He leads supplier assessments for corporate social responsibility annual reporting and the Labour Standards Assurance System (LSAS) UK audit, in addition to managing procurement rating and rankings inquiries for the Dow Jones Sustainability Assessment, Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index, Ethisphere survey, and the Carbon Disclosure Project. He also manages a number of external partnership engagements intended to advance supplier diversity and sustainability at Baxter.

Prior to joining Baxter, Damon worked for the National Basketball Association, Thomson Consumer Electronics and Emmis Broadcasting. Outside of work, Damon is a servant leader active within the local Boys & Girls Club, NAACP, Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity Inc., March of Dimes and his church. Damon graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. in Human Resource Development. He is married to Christy and they have a daughter Collins.
