Robyn Best joined Johnson & Johnson’s Global Supplier Diversity & Inclusion team in 2017, as Supplier Diversity Program Leader, focusing on Health for Humanity 2020, Tier II programs, Small Business programs, supplier diversity advocacy, and serves on Diverse Manufacturing Supply Chain Alliance and Diversity Alliance for Science boards. She initially joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004, as a Sourcing Manager, Janssen Supply Chain, supporting Solids and TDS platforms, including chemicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients sourcing and strategy development, supply agreement negotiation and administration, and supplier relationship management. In this role, she was also a supplier diversity champion/lead, and served as Small Business Liaison Officer. In 2015, she served as a Business Lead in Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain Enterprise Source Risk Management team, and led source risk assessments for critical pharmaceutical products and sites.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Robyn held Procurement positions at Berlex Biosciences, Applied Materials, Syntex Pharmaceuticals, and UC Lawrence Berkeley Labs, and became a C.P.M. She holds an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a BS in Business Administration from CSUFresno.
