Global Director, Indirect Sourcing
Tim Dolan is the Global Director of Indirect Sourcing for Boston Scientific and located at the headquarters in Marlborough, MA. In addition to his sourcing responsibilities, Tim co-leads the local Veterans Employee Resource Group for Boston Scientific. Tim has over 20 years of management, procurement and strategic sourcing experience in both public and private sectors. Prior to Boston Scientific, Tim was Head of Procurement for Nuance Communications, a Group Purchases Manager for P&G, and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility within The Gillette Company’s Global Procurement Organization. He also spent two years with A.T. Kearney consulting to Fortune 500 companies on sourcing strategies and initiatives. Tim also served in the US Navy as a supply officer onboard the USS PELELIU completing 2 deployments to the Persian Gulf. He received his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard College. Tim also has a Master’s of Science in Supply Chain from Michigan State University.
In his free time, Tim volunteers as a coach for youth lacrosse and hockey. Tim also serves as a Board Member of the Sudbury Maynard Stow Youth Hockey Program and a Board Member of the Sudbury for Wounded Warriors charitable foundation which raises awareness and funds for wounded service men and women returning home from war. Tim also enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and 2 children, T.J. and Jack, on the ball fields, ice rinks, and playing in men’s basketball, fantasy football and ice hockey leagues.

Mike O’Flynn has over 35 years of business experience working for global industrial leaders such as Boston Scientific, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Digital Equipment and Celestica. He has held several Senior level leadership roles across the end-to-end supply chain including Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing, Planning and Distribution. Mike has an excellent record of delivering outstanding business results and driving a high-performance culture where strong leadership and teamwork are at the core. His areas of expertise include Supply Chain, New Product Introduction, Business Finance and Leadership. He received a University of Limerick Alumni award for his outstanding achievement in business and has been awarded a Fellowship of the Irish Academy of Engineering.
He is currently Vice President of Global Sourcing for Boston Scientific and has led the transformation of its procurement functions over the past six years.

Todd McCaslin is a Global Sourcing Director for Boston Scientific Corporation, a leading innovator of medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world.
He joined BSC in 1984 and has held leadership positions in Manufacturing Operations,
Plastics Engineering, Process Development, External Manufacturing, and Sourcing.
In his current role, Todd and his team are responsible for working with the manufacturing and business units to develop and apply global sourcing strategies to drive value and innovation across the Packaging material commodity. He is also responsible for the Global Sourcing Process Excellence and Analytics functions.
Prior to BSC, he spent 4 years with Baxter Travenol. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University He and his wife live in the Boston area and are parents of four grown children.
He is an avid boater and skier.

Robert Williams, aka “Bob” is the President and CEO of SlateBelt Safety. His company provides Prescription Safety Glasses and Personal Protective Equipment to the pharmaceutical and other related industries. As the leader of his organization his job is simple; “Provide our folks with what they need to make great customer focused decisions while building long lasting relationships”. Bob earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Millersville University followed by an MBA from Penn State University. For relaxation and stress relief, he plays tennis, reads, cooks, practices yoga and immerses himself in overall fitness.

Richard brings over 18 years of private equity experience in roles including as Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of APC Holdings, LLC. Richard has served on one public and 12 private company boards, including ZeroChaos
($1.2 billion in revenue at exit). He has corporate finance and M&A experience with Bear Stearns and UBS Warburg, and he serves as Advisor to the Billion Dollar Roundtable (29 leading F500 firms) on capital access for minority and women-owned companies.
He is a frequent speaker at M&A and diversity events on capital access for MWBE’s. Richard is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Harvard Alumni Association, the Andover Alumni Council, World Economic Forum (YGL ‘09) and Nexus Global Philanthropic Network. He is a Board member of ACG Orlando and Nexus Caribbean. He holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University, where he earned all-Ivy recognition
in Soccer and Track & Field.
