Our organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that include life science corporations and the owners of small/diverse businesses.

Each year, our organization determines how many Board seats are available based upon vacancies and needed skill sets. Potential board members must be a Member in good standing for at minimum one year (supplier or corporate representative) to apply. Please note that your company must have held an active membership with our organization for at least one year prior to anyone applying for a board seat.

Our Nominations Committee accepts applications once a year. If you are interested please contact us no later than April 1, 2020 to receive an application. In-person interviews are required and take place during the East Coast conference in June. If you are selected to join the Board, you will be notified in September and your term will begin on October 1st.

If you are a new member to our organization, we strongly encourage individuals to first get involved on a committee, become acclimated with us, and then if you feel this would be a good fit and good time for you to apply for board seat consideration, let us know.
