Our organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that include life science corporations and owners of small/diverse businesses.

Each year, our organization determines how many Board seats are available based upon vacancies and needed skill sets. Potential board members must be a Member in good standing for at minimum one year (supplier or corporate representative) to apply. Please note that your company must have held an active membership with our organization for at least one year prior to applying for a board seat. Applicant must have been engaged as a committee volunteer for at least 6 months and attended a recent East and/or West coast event. Additional requirements apply. 

Our Nomination Committee accepts applications once a year. If you are interested please contact us no later than April 1, 2021 to receive an application. Virtual Interviews are required and will take place in May. If you are selected to join the Board, seat terms begin on October 1st.

If you are a new member to our organization, we strongly encourage individuals to first get involved on a committee, become acclimated with us, and then if you feel this would be a good fit and good time for you to apply for board seat consideration, let us know. New Members are ineligible to apply.
