BRING: Sweater/Warm Jacket, Sunglasses, Sunhat, Sunscreen and comfortable walking Shoes.
Name Badges are required to be worn throughout the entire event including the Wednesday Evening Dinner & Networking Session. No name badge, no entry!
Business Card is required when you check-in to get your name badge. They are also needed throughout the event as there will be ample networking opportunities – so plan ahead!

ATTIRE: Business Casual. We strongly encourage you to bring a sweater as the meeting rooms tend to run on the cold side and we are not able to adjust the temperature. There are also outdoor events. Bring your sunglasses.
MOBILE APP: An email with download instructions will be sent to all attendees one week prior to event. Download the app with your password to access all event information and the attendee list.
WIFI: Complimentary WiFi will be available in Ballroom area only. We ask that you reserve this to one device per attendee.
HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION: Please confirm your reservation with the hotel prior to arrival, make any requests ahead of time with the hotel directly. If you need to cancel your room do so within the cancellation period to avoid charges.
INVITE ONLY SESSIONS: These sessions are for specific individuals. Invites were sent to those individuals and RSVP’s were required. Please do not plan to attend sessions that do not apply to you.
MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS: Our membership committee will be available throughout the conference to answer any questions. If you are interested in learning more and considering becoming a member, please visit them at the Membership Information Desk.
TRICKY TRAY & RAFFLE: Tickets will be sold throughout the event. Winning tickets are announced on Thursday afternoon. You must be present to win. Funds raised support our Community Outreach Program.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS: We will have a photographer & videographer capturing moments of the event. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or be filmed, please inform them directly.
SOCIAL MEDIA: We encourage you to take photos/selfies and share them on our Mobile Event APP & social media. Please hashtag #DA4S! If you haven’t joined us on Social Media yet, do so today! We update very often so you always know what is going on!

A group of 10 innovative suppliers will unveil unique solutions and services that are pushing the boundaries in the healthcare space. This interactive showcase is full of exciting ideas and game-changing products. You don’t want to miss it!
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM INFORMATION SESSION
Interested in learning about our Annual Mentorship Program? Join our Mentorship team as they review what the program entails and answer any questions. This session is a must for any company who has applied this year.
MENTORSHIP APPLICATION INTERVIEW SESSION
This is closed to invites only. Please do not plan to attend this unless you have been invited and have RSVP’d. Deadline to apply is Feb. 3rd. You must be a Member to apply for our Mentorship Program.
BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH GIVING
This session is for all attendees – come participate in a wonderful give back program! This program supports the youth in the STEM & Sciences. At the end of the conference if you do not need your Backpack please consider donating it to the students. You can drop it off in the boxes in the ballroom foyer.

Ready to up your game and claim the 2020 Eight That Innovate title at our East Coast Conference in June? Come join us for an interactive session full of valuable tips, prizes and fun. Past winners and judges will reveal the secret ingredients to a winning pitch.

RSVP is not required for this session. It may take place outdoors, wear a sweater and bring a hat and/or sunglasses.
Our EXPO is one of a kind because only Corporations exhibit! This means Suppliers have the opportunity to meet with every Corporation at their booth! So don’t panic if you haven’t met the attendees from a specific company by lunch time Thursday, you will have your opportunity at the EXPO!
