BRING: Sweater/Warm Jacket, Sunglasses, Sunhat, Sunscreen and Flat walking Shoes!
Name Badges are required to be worn throughout the entire event including
the Wednesday evening Dinner & Networking Session. No name badge, no entry!
Business Card is required when you check-in to get your name badge. They are also needed throughout the event as there will be ample networking opportunities so plan ahead!

Thursday, Feb. 21 8:30am – 10:30am
ATTIRE: Business Casual. We strongly encourage you to bring a sweater as the meeting rooms tend to run on the cold side and we are not able to adjust the temperature. There are also outdoor events. Bring your sunglasses. Members participating in the Ship ‘n Shore event – FLAT SHOES ARE REQUIRED!
MOBILE APP: An email with download instructions has been sent to all attendees. Download the app with your password to access all event information and the attendee list.
WIFI: Complimentary WiFi will be available in Ballroom area only. We ask that you reserve this to one device only per attendee.
HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION: Please confirm your reservation with the hotel prior to arrival, make any requests ahead of time with the hotel directly! If you need to cancel your room please do so within the cancellation period to avoid charges.
INVITE ONLY SESSIONS: These sessions are for specific individuals. Invites were sent to those individuals and RSVP’s were required. Please do not plan to attend sessions that do not apply to you.
MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS: Our membership committee will be available throughout the conference to answer any questions. If you are interested in learning more and considering becoming a member, please visit them at the Membership Information Desk.
TIRCKYTRAY & RAFFLE: Tickets will be sold throughout the event. Winning tickets are announced on Thursday at 2:15pm. You must be present to win. Funds raised support our Community Outreach Program.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS: We will have a photographer & videographer capturing moments of the event throughout the conference. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or be filmed, please inform them directly.
SOCIAL MEDAI: We encourage you to take photos/selfies and share them on our Mobile Event APP & social media. Please hashtag #DA4S! If you haven’t joined us on Social Media yet, please do so today! We update very often so you always know what is going on!

9:00am – 12:00pm: SUPPLIER EXHIBITS
Collect your ‘Guess Who” card when you check in for you conference badge and visit all our Supplier Exhibits. Reference your Guess Who card – see if you can guess which statement belongs to which exhibitor. Turn your card in after completion for a chance to win. Suppliers can win a 30 minute phone call with a DA4S Corporate Board Member of your choice! Corporations a nice $100 gift card awaits you!
10:00am – 10:30am: MENTORSHIP PROGRAM INFORMATION SESSION
Interested in learning about our Annual Mentorship Program? Join our Mentorship team as they review what the program entails and answer any questions. This session is a must for any company who has applied this year.
10:30am – 11:00am: Q&A SESSION FOR OUR NON-MEMBERS AND 1st TIME CONFERENCE ATTENDEES
Meet a few of our Board of Directors as they welcome you and share best practices on how to navigate your way through our event over the two full days.

Please note that lunch is on your own. The Vue restaurant will be offering a quick and healthy lunch
sandwich and salad buffet or you can order from the menu at either the Vue or OverVue restaurants.
12:00pm – 12:15pm: WELLNESS WEDNESDAY CALM
in our main ballroom we will be doing some Wellness Wednesday Breathing and Stretching to revive you for the rest of the day.
1:00pm: WELCOME AND KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Our fabulous Keynote Speaker will take the stage promptly, so please be seated by 1:00pm
2:30pm: MEMBERS ONLY – HARBOR EXCURSION
RSVP’s for this is now closed. You must be a current member and have RSVP’d to attend this. FLAT SHOES are a must. Members will be walking down to the Harbor so dress comfortably and warm. Bring your Business Cards!
*If weather does not permit this excursion, we will have another event planned for our Members back at the hotel.

5:00pm – 5:30pm: LEARN S’MORE ABOUT “EIGHT THAT INNOVATE”
this session is for supplier members only. Space is limited so please only have one person from your company attend. If you are planning to attend the East Coast Conference in June and want to submit your Company Innovation for our workshop, learn more as you enjoy a s’more outside on the Vue patio.
6:15pm – 8:15pm: EVENING DINNER & NETWORKING RECEPTION
this is for all attendees. Come enjoy dinner, connect & collaborate. Bring business cards. Cash bar will be available for all beverages. Dress warm!

Our EXPO is one of a kind because only Corporations exhibit! This means Suppliers have the opportunity to meet with every Corporation at their booth! So don’t panic if you haven’t met the attendees from a specific company by lunch time Thursday, you will have your opportunity at the EXPO!
