EIGHT THAT INNOVATE is a unique opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate how their company is using novel ideas to drive value.
Eight finalists have been recognized as the TOP Eight Innovators and now have the chance to showcase their offering to our judges on the main stage – in front of all conference attendees and receive live feedback!
A great idea is only half of the formula – you must also showcase your engaging presentation skills to inspire the judges.

HOW TO APPLY
Applications for 2025 open February 3.
- Complete the written submission form via Survey Monkey link.
- Create a professional video no longer than two minutes, that showcases your passion for your innovation and highlights your ability to captivate an audience with your presentation skills.
- Videos submitted in a vertical format will not be accepted. If using your mobile device to record, please film in a horizontal mode.
- Sound on your video is very important. Please make sure your video has good sound quality.
- Follow directions below on how to Submit your Video.
- Email us to confirm submission of video has been received.

THE TOP EIGHT- 2025
- The Top 8 applicants will be notified by April 1st. If selected you must agree to attend our East Coast Event in New Jersey. You must also be available to attend a rehearsal on April 29th at 10am EST.
- Your final two (2) minute video will be presented to our panel of judges and conference attendees live on the main stage. You will also be required to attend a walk thru on stage (April 29). Please do not submit an application if you are unable to commit to attending the event.
- Each of the Top 8 companies showcase their groundbreaking work via their final video submission.
- Our panel of judges will ask the Top 8 questions live on-stage then announce the Top 3 Innovators.
- The Top 8 applicants must create a high resolution video presenting their innovative idea – this is an awesome opportunity to showcase your innovation to the DA4S community.
- Claim your TITLE! The winner will be awarded a personal, VIP one-on-one meeting with a corporation, where they’ll have the opportunity to pitch their innovation to procurement professionals, AND be invited to present their company to the HELIX Supplier Diversity Forum comprised of 30 leading corporations. This is priceless!
