
TAMEKA LITTLE ROYSTER
Sr. Manager in Supplier Diversity @ GSK
Tameka Little Royster serves as the Sr. Manager in Supplier Diversity at GSK, where she has been an integral part of the team for the past two years. In her role, Tameka provides overall program leadership to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are fully engaged and informed about the ongoing development and implementation of GSK’s supplier diversity initiatives. Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is evident as she believes in making these values a corporate norm rather than just another program initiative.
Prior to her tenure at GSK, Tameka had an illustrious 27-year career at IBM. She spent 24 years in global procurement and the last two years focused on supplier diversity. Her extensive experience in these areas has equipped her with the expertise and insight necessary to drive impactful supplier diversity programs at GSK.
Tameka’s dedication to diversity and inclusion extends beyond her primary role. She is an active member of GSK’s Global Procurement DEI committee and the GSK Durham Culture Team. Additionally, she co-leads GSK’s Durham Mosaic ERG, further demonstrating her passion for fostering inclusive environments.
A proud supporter of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tameka is an alumna of North Carolina Central University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. She resides in Durham, North Carolina, where she continues to engage in community service through her sorority and church. Tameka also serves on the board of the Cultivating Resources Opportunities Community Foundation and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends.
