West Coast Conference matchmaking

THANK YOUR FOR JOINING US FOR OUR IN PERSON MATCHMAKING EVENT AT OUR WEST COAST CONFERENCE. More information on how to register for our next In-Person Matchmaking to come.

Matchmaking will take place in-person. Suppliers must be attending the conference to participate. A virtual option will only be available for our corporations. Detailed emails with instructions will go out to all attendees.

2025 Timeline:

– August 15: Deadline for Suppliers to Update their Profiles
– August 18-22: Corporates Select Meetings
– August 27-28: Suppliers can Request Meetings
– September 5: Matches are finalized

If you miss these deadline dates and do not receive any matches – we will not be able to assist you. It is extremely important that you follow all instructions sent via email and meet the deadline dates.
